We deliver to All States and Territories within Australia using  Australia Post or Sendle.

Delivery Charges to an International address is calculated at checkout.

 Contact us via email at  support@opalabayaboutique.com  within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel/  change the order. No changes can be accepted after the item is dispatched.

 Typically, orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days but may experience   slight delays during peak/busy seasons. 

Our dedicated team , work hard to process and dispatch your order within 48 hrs on weekdays. Also note that deliveries rely on outside parties .Please carefully check your delivery details at checkout to avoid unnecessary confusion or delays.

 We use AusPost and Sendle to deliver your parcel to your door , any  delay of the parcel pickup from us  and /or delivery to you by either AusPost or Sendle , is out of our control. 

A tracking number is provided to assist you with tracking.
