Delivery & Shipping Policy

Standard delivery fee of $ 9.90 applies to all Australia wide orders.

Orders are fulfilled 2-3 Business Days from date of order .

Standard Delivery  with our couriers partner typically takes 7 – 15  business days for customers in Metro areas. 

Express Delivery with our courier partner costs $ 19.80 for all Australia wide orders and typically takes 5 - 10 business days. 

If you live in a regional area, including WA, NT and QLD, please allow an additional 3 business days for delivery.

Delivery costs for international orders will be calculated at the checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. International delivery times may also be impacted by Customs procedures in your own country. 

We use Australia Post  and Sendle for all deliveries. Both  offer tracking of the  delivery with authority to leave. If the receiver gives  authority to leave, Opal Abaya Boutique cannot be held liable in the event the parcel goes missing after delivery. We are unable to refund or re send the parcel if such an event occurs. If there is no safe place to leave the delivery, your driver will contact you via the AusPost app with collection instructions. If your parcel has not successfully synced with your MyPost account, your delivery driver will leave a collection card. Sendle will update the tracker with instructions on how to arrange a re delivery.
